Maxtor launches shared storage plus solution

New Delhi , Dec 2

MAXTOR Corporation, supplier of hard disk drives and consumer storage solutions, on Friday announced `shared storage plus' solution, offering users a three-in-one network drive for shared storage, data back-up and media streaming for home or small offices .

The new drive enables home or small office users to back up, centralise, organise and share data, videos, photos or music on a network.

"The new drive is ideal for small business owners with multiple PCs on wired or wireless networks, who need to simultaneously back up, share and print digital files via one centralised location," Mr Craig Davis, Sales and Marketing Manager, Branded Products Group (Asia-Pacific), Maxtor, said here.

The Maxtor shared storage plus drive is available in a 200 GB, 300 GB and 500 GB storage capacities.
