Textile machinery expo from Dec 15

THE third edition of `Technomas', the exhibition of textile machinery and accessories, will be held in the powerloom town of Komarapalayam between December 15 and 18.

The exhibition will showcase latest machinery in the areas of weaving, warping, sizing, winding, textile dyeing and testing used in the fabric/apparel sectors.

In addition, air-cooling and humidification technology products would also be exhibited.

The exhibition is being organised under the aegis of SSM College of Engineering and will be held at SSM Community Hall, Vattamalai.

According to a press release, quoting Mr M.S. Mathivanan, Chairman of SSM College of Engineering, the fair will attract investors in textile projects in Tamil Nadu, Andhra and Karnataka, including those from regions where new high-tech weaving/apparel parks are being established.
