Announcements MeritTrac Services to set up integrated recruitment centres Our Bureau
Bangalore , Dec. 14 ASSESSMENT company, MeritTrac Services will soon open integrated recruitment centres that are `recruitment friendly' and which promise to give superior `candidate experience'. Announcing this at a press conference here, Mr Madan Padaki, Co-founder and Director, MeritTrac Services, said the first such centre would be set in Hyderabad followed by Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai and Chennai. The centres, to be set up with an investment of Rs 1 crore each, will be functional seven days a week for 12 hours each day. The 5,000-sq-ft centres would offer 50 seats at a time for online testing and would be equipped with screeners, schedulers and support teams. Having studied the country's engineering talent pool closely for the last five years, MeritTrac has leveraged on the knowledge to compile information to offer corporates `Talent Pool Analytics'. This will be the country's first survey report on the available engineering talent pool. "We also plan to offer our insights in the area of talent mapping to companies across the spectrum," said Mr Padaki. MeritTrac recently received Rs 16.5-crore funding from HAV2 (Mauritius), a fund advised by HSBC Private Equity Technology (Asia) Ltd. Mr James Savage, Director, HSBC Private Equity Ltd, said, that their association with MeritTrac is expected to be for a `longish period' and are not looking at exit options in the immediate future.
