Dhampur Sugar fixes GDR price at $4.81

Dhampur Sugar Mills Ltd has said it has priced its $53.7-million Global Depository Receipts offering at $4.81 a GDR against the closing price of Rs 224 per equity share on the NSE on March 24, the company informed the BSE.

The GDRs will be listed on the Luxemburg Stock Exchange and each GDR represents one underlying equity shares of Rs 10 each. The issue, which opened on March 23 and closed on March 24 was subscribed by almost four times, it said.

ICICI Securities and Kotak Investments acted as the Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Book-Runners for the issue, it added.
