Courts okay Hyderabad Ind merger plan

Hyderabad , April 3

Hyderabad Industries Ltd has informed the stock exchanges that the high courts of Andhra Pradesh and of Kerala have approved the scheme of amalgamation of Malabar Building Products Ltd (MBPL) with the company. The company said these orders of High Courts were filed with the respective Registrar of Companies on March 31.
