The extraordinary general meeting of Goldstone Technologies Ltd has approved to issue 19,00,000 equity shares on preferential basis to Goldstone Exports Ltd, the chief promoter of the company.

It also approved to issue 54,00,000 equity warrants on preferential basis to Summit Communications Private Ltd and Horizon Television Private Ltd, the Hyderabad-based company informed the bourses on Monday.
