Danlaw Tech board okays merger

Hyderabad, May 14

Danlaw Technologies India Ltd has informed the BSE that the company board has approved the merger of Danlaw Inc, with the company. A scheme of arrangement would be formulated and the merger is subject to approval by the shareholders of both the companies. Danlaw Inc is a 23-years-old software services company, based in Michigan, with revenues of $8.5 million for the year ended December 2005, and having several Fortune 100 companies as its customers.
