Yahoo unveils My Web 2.0 in India

Our Bureau

Bangalore, June 5

Yahoo! Search announced the release of My Web 2.0 in India. My Web 2.0 enables users to create their own personal online archive by saving their favourite pages, search results, and search history to My Web. Users can save, organise and find pages to browser bookmarks, as the pages can be tagged and organised, and the contents of the pages are fully searchable and can be cached. Additionally, unlike bookmarks, a user's "My Web" is accessible from any computer (much like Web mail), with no risk of losing saved bookmarks. My Web 2.0 provides significant feature enhancements to the earlier My Web product based directly on user feedback.
