The Hindu Business Line : Crest Q4 loss down to Rs 9 lakh

Crest Animation Studios has reported net loss of Rs 0.09 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 2006, compared to loss of Rs 1.04 crore during the previous corresponding quarter.

Total income stood at Rs 8.3 crore, up 10 per cent from Rs 7.5 crore earlier. The company reported seven per cent rise in total income to Rs 29.9 crore (Rs 27.9 crore). Profit after tax was Rs 6 crore, compared to loss of Rs 0.4 crore earlier.

The Crest scrip gained 4.98 per cent to Rs 86.40 on the BSE on Monday.
