Tech Mahindra fixes issue price at Rs 365

Tech Mahindra Ltd has fixed the issue price for its initial public offering (IPO) at Rs 365 at the top end of the price band, said Mr Vineet Nayyar, its Vice-Chairman and Managing Director at the sidelines of a press conference.

"The issue price was fixed at Rs. 365 as most of the bids were received on the top end of the price band," said Mr Nayyar.

The price band for the IPO was Rs 315-Rs 365. The company plans to list the stock by the last week of August. The IPO was oversubscribed 70.15 times. Tech Mahindra has offered 1.27 crore shares to the public.
