Omnicom appoints Keki Dadiseth

Mumbai, Aug. 9

Omnicom Group Inc, the global advertising and marketing services group, has announced the appointment of Mr Keki Dadiseth as the Non-Executive Chairman of Omnicom Group Inc in India. Working with Mr Michael Birkin, the Omnicom's Asia Pacific CEO, Mr Dadiseth, will be responsible for developing and implementing the strategy for Omnicom's expansion in India.

Mr Dadiseth recently retired from Unilever PLC and Unilever NV where he had been a Board Director for five years. Prior to this, Mr Dadiseth had been the Chairman of Hindustan Lever. In India, Mr Dadiseth is closely associated with various industry, educational, management and medical bodies.
