Patni Computer Systems Ltd has received the highest customer satisfaction rating among Indian offshore supply chain solution providers, in a survey "Ranking supply chain management Tools and services" conducted by Forrester Research, Inc in June 2006.

According to Patni, the survey queried 167 supply chain decision makers in North America and 64 per cent of respondents said that they would recommend the company to others. The survey examined their satisfaction with supply chain software and services, as well as their plans for additional investment.
