Mumbai , Sept. 25

Sundaram BNP Paribas has launched Sundaram BNP Paribas Fixed Term Plan Series IX, a close-ended income scheme with a fixed maturity of 90 days from the date of allocation.

The new fund offer opened on September 25 and closes on September 26. The fund is available in three options: growth, dividend and dividend reinvestment.

"The fixed term plan provides an opportunity to investors to earn stable returns, over the stipulated time period of the respective plan, without the volatility associated with interest rate changes in the market place. In addition, the plan also offers opportunities to investors to earn healthy post tax returns at controlled risk levels," said Mr Dheeraj Singh, Fund Manager of the scheme.

The minimum investment is Rs 5,000 and an exit load of 1.50 per cent will be applicable on redemption before the maturity of the series.

The fund has been benchmarked against the CRISIL Liquid Index.
