Indegene Lifesystems, a provider of medical education and medical marketing services, has fully acquired the US-based MedCases LLC, which offers interactive continuing medical education (CME). The acquisition is believed to have been funded through internal accruals, though the company has not revealed details.

"The MedCases acquisition serves as a cornerstone of our CME strategy for doctors across the world, including Asia. Our accredited CME programmes will serve to enhance the learning experience of physicians about the latest guidelines and therapeutic options," said Dr Sanjay Parikh, Director, Indegene.
