Citrix Online has bagged the Technology Innovator Award for its remote support service Citrix GoToAssist.

The Service and Support Professionals Association (SSPA), which is an influential association for technology services and support professionals, has conferred this award on Citrix Online. The award is in recognition of the remote customer support service, which according to SSPA exceeded expectations in delivery. he Vice-President of Products and client services at Citrix Online, Mr Brian Donahoo, said the product GoToAssist was built specifically for remote technical assistance.
