Pune, Nov. 29

Max Secure Software, which has its development centre in Pune and marketing office in the Silicon valley, has launched the MaxSpyware Detector 2.0. The company is into development of anti spyware software.

Talking to presspersons, Mr Sanjay Pradhan, Chief Executive Officer, Max Secure Software, said it incorporates the Max Secure Software Smartscan technology to speed up the detection of the spyware.

He said the full scan which can take anywhere between 25 and 30 minutes can be brought down to about 4-7minutes from the second scan onwards.

"The software fitted with artificial intelligence maps the entire disk the first time software is run and keeps that as the track record for subsequent scanning. These reduces scan time by up to 20 minutes on repetitive spyware scans,'' he said.
