Sybor Solutions ties up with NetIQ

Sybor Solutions India, a wholly owned subsidiary of Houston-based Sybor Technologies Inc, has tied up with NetIQ, an Attachmate company, a provider of integrated remote administration and security management solutions, to bring performance and availability solutions from NetIQ to India. As part of the agreement, Sybor will also set up a Network Operating Centre (NOC) in Bangalore to provide remote application management services to Attachmate's NetIQ Remote Application Management (nRAM) customers worldwide from India.

Investment

Sybor will also serve as a certified training consultant for NetIQ customers in India. The NOC is being set up with a total investment of $0.5 million. It will be connected to a redundant data centre in Houston with both centres acting as mutual backup disaster recovery centres with inbuilt redundancy. Sybor will provide always-on support, comprehensive health checks, deep real-time diagnosis, advanced analysis and reporting, and "On Demand" deployment monitoring to customers worldwide from the NOC.
