A comprehensive workshop on e-business for the process plant and machinery industry will be held at Mumbai on February 2-3 with the objective of training Indian companies to benefit from the Web as an effective marketing tool.

Organised by the Process Plant and Machinery Association of India in collaboration with the Netherlands-headquartered agency, CBI (Dutch acronym for `Centre for Promotion of Imports from Developing Countries'), the programme will allow help the industry understand the potential, limitations and etiquettes of operating on the Web. The industry segment includes process equipment and components such as heat exchangers, pressure vessels, boilers, towers and tower internals, centrifuges, reactors, pumps, valves, pipes, pipe fittings and process instruments.
