Dish TV Q1 loss at Rs 89.7 cr

New Delhi, July 17 Dish TV, the Direct to Home service provider from the Essel Group, has reported a net loss of Rs 89.7 crore for the first quarter ended June 30. The company’s revenues during the quarter were at Rs 89.3 crore.

The company reported an operating loss of Rs 48.79 crore. Operating losses for the last quarter of the previous fiscal were at Rs 64.16 crore. Operating revenues during the quarter ended March 30 were at Rs 65.89 crore, with net losses at Rs 100.17 crore.

The company claims to have added 1.8 lakh subscribers during the quarter, taking its total to 2.1 million subscribers.
