CTEL to buy Q-Soft Systems

Hyderabad, Dec. 29

Cambridge Technology Enterprises Ltd (CTEL) has informed the BSE that the company’s board here on Friday approved conditionally, the acquisition of Q-Soft Systems & Solutions, a managed services company in Bangalore. This acquisition is subject to completion of all the necessary documentation, the approval of shareholders and regulatory clearances from regulatory bodies as applicable, and would be effective from October 1.
