Announcements Marketing - Online Marketing Industry & Economy - Real Estate & Construction Road shows by online realty service Hyderabad, Jan. 5 Makaan.com, an online real-estate marketplace, has decided to organise property shows across the country periodically. Addressing newspersons here on Saturday, Mr Anupam Mittal, Chairman and Managing Director, People Group, said the response to the maiden expo in Hyderabad was very good. Makaan.com is the online real-estate service promoted by People Interactive promoted by the People Group. He was here in connection with the maiden show which started on Saturday. Top players such as Maytas Properties, Indu Group, Aparna Constructions and Janapriya set up stalls in the two-day show. He said there was a steady shift of advertisers in favour of online marketplaces in the last few months. "Still, it is nascent. But it is expected to grow significantly in the next few years," he said. The company was planning to start value-added services like cityspecific analyses and trends in the real-estate sector. - Our Bureau
