Visual IQ service centre in Kochi

Our Bureau

Kochi, March 2 Visual IQ (formerly Connexion), a US-based provider of digital Marketing Business Intelligence (MBI), has set up its new 24x7 client services centre in Kochi to support the growing number of European clients in multiple time zones.

Visual IQ’s unique platform offers a visual and interactive experience that helps marketers quickly discover new and actionable media customer insights across online, offline and mobile marketing channels, Mr Vincent Chittilappily, Vice-President said.

By unifying marketing data and results, the Visual IQ Intelligence Platform provides organisations with a consolidated view of consumer behaviour and how various marketing channels influenced their decisions. This information allows businesses to refine their marketing strategies and tactics to make the greatest impact with their audience, he said.

The new IQ platform has an RIA (Rich Internet Application) infrastructure that allows marketers and ad agencies to access data in a visual way. The company has developed a unique system to measure the influence of each ad exposure to a single consumer and their purchasing behaviour.

Visual IQ is one of the few vendors to provide cross media intelligence solutions to marketers via software as a service (SaaS) business model. By integrating various media and customer data sources such as search, online display, video website data and e-commerce transactional data, Visual IQ takes the pain out of creating a unified warehouse of mission critical campaign data.
