Leander Paes

New Delhi, March 12

Tennis star Leander Paes will now play model and inspiration to sports and content-based animation programmes. Leander Sport Pvt Ltd will be co-producing animated content for TV, DVD and Mobisodes in association with Maya Entertainment Ltd. The two companies will start with digital images of Leander Paes before they move on to other sport personalities. The joint venture is looking to cater to television channels, DVD and DTH distributors, mobile operators and online stor es amongst others. The first series of 26 episodes will be titled ‘The Magic Racquet’ and targeted at a young audience.
