GQ to be launched in India

Mumbai, April 7

The up-market men’s magazine GQ will launch an Indian edition this year through Conde Nast. GQ India will be the second Condé Nast title in the country, following the launch of Vogue, last September. “Indian Vogue rapidly dominated the women’s magazine market, far surpassing expectations in both circulation and advertising. It has given us the confidence to start a second title, and GQ is the logical choice,” said Mr Nicholas Coleridge, Vice-Pr esident of Condé Nast International. —
