E-Mail Gmail users face loading glitch L.N. Revathy Coimbatore, May 4 Though reports about outages with Gmail have surfaced now and then, April, it appears, has not been easy for Gmail users. Google e-mail service’s ability to communicate with e-mail software seems to have run into trouble. On April 16, Google acknowledged a half-hour glitch with its e-mail service when users complained of problems in accessing mails. In a statement issued the following day it said that the “issue was fixed and the problem resolved.” Google further said that such issues were viewed very seriously and called upon users encountering technical difficulty of any kind to contact Gmail Support Team through the Gmail Help Centre. Loading problemsBut individuals continue to encounter Gmail ‘loading’ problem. Though not many have been vocal about this, the blogs posted on the site speak for itself. Some Gmail users said they were unable to log out, while many others said that the account got stuck with the ‘Loading’ message in black on white background when they tried to log in.
