Security Net4India into security space Coimbatore, May 20 IP communication service provider Net4 India has ventured into security service space and acquired the Service Based Operator (SBO) licence under its wholly owned subsidiary Net4 Singapore Pte Ltd. The company, according to its CEO Mr Jasjit Sawhney, has drawn up plans for ongoing investments to bolster its network and applications infrastructure. Without quantifying the investment, Mr Sawhney said the proposed range of network and application services would contribute significantly to its revenue in the coming 2 - 3 years. The company has registered a 33-per cent growth in its revenue for the year ended March 2008, with the total income rising to Rs 137.63 crore compared to Rs 103.66 crore recorded during the corresponding 12 months of the previous year. The net profit grew by 27 per cent to Rs 9.48 cr (Rs 7.49 cr). – Our Bureau More Stories on : Security
