Ybrant consolidates acquisitions

Hyderabad, May 22

Digital marketing solutions provider Ybrant Technologies Ltd, on Thursday, announced that the company has changed its name to Ybrant Digital. In a statement, the company also announced it has successfully integrated four of its acquisitions as subsidiaries of Ybrant Digital. The acquisitions include Oridion ($13.5 million), VoloMP ($2.2 million), AdDynamix ($10 million) and MediosOne ($5 million). The Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ybrant Digital, Mr Suresh Reddy, said, "This consolidation will help better leverage the company core technology, network and insights to offer advertisers, publishers and other networks." The combined valuation of Ybrant Digital after the consolidation of all the acquisitions is estimated at about $150 million, the company CEO said. - Our Bureau
