Private telecom service provider, Tata Indicom has come out with a new FM handset for music lovers, Haier C3000, to facilitate listening to favourite radio stations. According to Mr Srinivas Rao Saripalli, Circle Operating Officer (COO), Tamil Nadu Circle, Tata Teleservices, the new model with Go Speak Starter Pack offering lifetime validity is priced at Rs 1,099 and all local calls can be made at Rs 49 paisa per minute. The FM radio handset has features like polyphonic ri ngtones, speaker phone, SMS password facility, a large display screen, colour film display and a large capacity phonebook, he added. —
