The Hindu Business Line : Web portal for techies launched

A Web portal exclusively for IT professionals to socialise and share ideas was launched here recently. The portal, technopax.com, will be a common online platform for IT industry related professionals. Mr Ram Mohan, Executive Director of the portal, said such an online platform would improve the technical and professional skills of IT professionals through sharing of knowledge base, methodologies and skill sets. Besides building up a vast circle of friends, the portal will also help them to be keep with the latest developments that happen on the IT front world over. About 40 different online games would also be available in the portal, besides IT related and sports news. The platform is free of cost and no registration fee is levied. -Our Bureau
