Globe7 services in Hong Kong

Hyderabad, July 17

Globe7 HK Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Northgate Technologies Ltd, has been selected by the Hong Kong Government to provide mobile phone service with its Globe7@mobile service throughout the territory from Wi-Fi hotspots, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.

The Director of the Hong Kong Wireless Development Centre, Mr Anthony Tang, said, "We are excited to be working with Globe7 for our `Ubiquitous City Hong Kong Project." Globe 7@mobile is user-friendly with infotainment features for mobile devices. This enables users to communicate with friends at anytime, anywhere, and in a wide variety of ways including voice, text message and handwriting and in multiple languages. - Our Bureau
