Kochi, Sept. 22 Taj Malabar, Kochi, is the only resort hotel in South India to have found a place with the readers of Condé Nast Traveller, UK, in this year’s 10th Readers’ Travel Awards and Spa Awards.

Conde Nast Traveller, published by Condé Nast Publications, is one of the leading magazines specialising in luxury travel and reviews the best hotels and lifestyle products. The annual awards instituted by the magazine in the travel and spa categories are much coveted.

The hotel has been recognised within the categories Overseas Leisure Hotel in Asia and the Indian Subcontinent, and Spas in Asia and the Indian Subcontinent.

Taj Malabar has been ranked at No. 18 in the Overseas Leisure Hotel in Asia and the Indian Subcontinent category.

The Taj Spa (now known as Jiva Spa) at Taj Malabar is ranked among the top 10 in the Best Spa in Asia and Indian Subcontinent category at the Condé Nast Traveller Reader’s Spa Awards held in January this year.
