Deccan Chronicle net declines

Hyderabad, Nov. 1

Deccan Chronicle Holdings Ltd has posted a net profit of Rs 45.27 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2008 compared with Rs 82.60 crore for the comparative quarter of the previous fiscal. According to the unaudited results filed by the company to the stock exchanges, the total income has increased to Rs 241.89 crore (Rs 196.85 crore).
