RedPill starts Indian operations

Chennai, Nov. 2

RedPill Solutions Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based customer management consulting company, has launched its Indian operations with headquarters in Chennai. RedPill, which focuses on designing and implementing customer strategies for clients, said its “c-lab” in the city will function as an innovation development and delivery centre for all of its clients and offices across the world. It will also centralise its research and development, marketing, pre-sales and knowl edge management practices and efforts at c-lab. The Indian operations will be by Mr Durjoy Patranabish, former head of CapitalOne’s outsourced operations in India and the Philippines. The company’s clients in India include ICICI and HDFC banks, according to a company press release. —
