Vehicle simulation tool

Bangalore-based computer simulation technology company ProSIM R&D Pvt Ltd has tied up with Munich-based Intec , a technology company, for Simpack — a vehicle simulation tool.

Talking to presspersons, Dr Shamasunder, Director, ProSIM, said Simpack is a tool through which the entire prototype vehicle model could be created and analysed for passenger safety, ride comfort, fuel efficiency and durability. He said it is possibl e to predict the durability of critical parts such as valves and shafts that undergo stress in various modes of drives.
