MphasiS CEO quits

Bangalore, Dec. 8

MphasiS, an EDS company, said its Chief Executive Officer, Mr Jeya Kumar, has resigned to pursue external career opportunities. Mr Kumar was the CEO from February 2008 and will continue in his present position till a new appointment is announced. “Mr Kumar’s tenure at MphasiS has been brief but eventful. With his vision and guidance, he steered us through 2008 and has delivered spectacular results. We have built a very strong executive team that will help conti nue the momentum that we have started,” said Mr Michael Coomer, Chairman MphasiS and Senior Vice-President, Asia Pacific & Japan Global Financial Services Industry, EDS.
