K Sera Sera Productions Ltd’s board has approved issue/allotment of Global Depository Receipts (GDR)/American Depository Receipts (ADRs)/Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs)/ any securities convertible into equity shares whether optionally or otherwise up to an aggregate amount of $100 million or in equivalent Indian and/ or any other currency (ies).
