New handset models launched

Hyderabad, July 5

LAVA International Ltd, a Noida-based company has launched four new handset models in Andhra Pradesh. The company will introduce models which are specially designed for the common man," said Mr Sunil Bhalla, co-founder of Luminous Inverters India Ltd, and founder of LAVA International. Over 80 lakh handsets are sold every year in the country. "Most of the famous brands focus only on metro cities and big towns but we would like to acquire a sizeable stake in the huge rural mobile market," he told newspersons. - Our Bureau
