Anew short messaging service (SMS) scheme launched here by AirTel will enable the user to send local messages at ten paisa each after sending the first three messages at one rupee each. The offer comes without any top-up voucher. It is valid for all prepaid AirTel customers for the month of July. - Our Bureau
