Radaan plans to split shares

CHENNAI: Radaan Mediaworks India Ltd plans to split its Rs 10 shares into Rs 2 shares.

Company officials said that this would improve the liquidity of the company and make the shares more affordable to small investors.

The Chennai-based media company promoted by Tamil actress Ms Radhika Sarathkumar has informed the stock exchange of this. The company is also coming out with a new Tamil film in which Mr R. Sarathkumar will star. The project cost is yet to be worked out, officials said.
