Cartoon Network plans Toon games event in four cities

New Delhi , July 22

AS part of the run up to the Olympic Games, Cartoon Network is planning the launch of Toon Games 2004.

The event, to be held in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Delhi, will see two of Cartoon Network's best toon teams led by Tom and Jerry face each other. The event will be sponsored by Cadbury Dairy Milk Two-in one and Boost. It will be co-sponsored by Kellogg's Chocos, Faber-Castell, Kwality Wall's Max Candy, Samsung, Head and Shoulders and Pepsodent.

The games aim at providing a 360-degree experience of the Cartoon Network brand to the viewers in India, said Mr Ian Diamond, Senior Vice-President and General Manager, Turner Entertainment Networks Asia.
