HYDERABAD: Prasads Imax has brought the DMR (digitally re-mastered) version of Spiderman 2, the latest in the series, according to Mr Ralph Sunil, General Manager (Operations).

Addressing a press conference here ahead of the launch, he said the film, one of the biggest grossers in the US, would also be shown in the regular format at the multiplex.

He said Prasads had been rated first among all the Imax theatres in the world as far as occupancy was concerned for the latest in the Harry Potter sequel. As many as 42,000 people watched the movie at Prasads.

In the latest series, the Spiderman faces yet another scientist-turned-multi-limbed, Dr Doc Ock. The final of the Spiderman series is slated for release in 2007.
