Film studio inaugurated at Hyderabad

Hyderabad , April 5

SURESH Productions and Ramanaidu Studio have opened Spirit, a cine support facility offering wide-ranging services including digital and special effects technologies for filmmakers and the entertainment industry worldwide.

Mr Barrie Osborne, producer of the movies, The Lord of the Rings and Matrix, inaugurated the studio on Monday.

Spirit's end-to-end film making capabilities equip filmmakers with the latest and most advanced tools and techniques including film processing, post-production and distribution services, to creative services to all segments of the global entertainment industry.

Mr Osborne said: "Facilities in India are gearing up and the talent pool is good. The Indian animation industry is poised for substantial growth in the future and India can expect filmmakers from around the world to utilise support services for production and post-production projects. Spirit's facility in Hyderabad is remarkable and is comparable with some of the finest studios."

The Managing Director of Spirit, Mr Rana, in a statement said: "we have a dream of making movies for the international audience. Our aim is to give the world a new genre of Indian films and also offer a worldclass one-stop solutions and cine support facility in our country that will draw attention of filmmakers from all over the world."
