Hyundai India to get new MD

HYUNDAI Motor India is set to see a change at the top with Mr H.S. Lheem, who currently heads Hyundai Motor's Turkey operations, taking over as Managing Director in India.

Mr Lheem has about three decades of vast and varied experience and has led critical functions like overseas business, customer relations, production and marketing.

The current managing director, Mr S.S. Yang, has been promoted as President and CEO of the INI Steel Company, one of Hyundai-Kia Motor Group companies in South Korea. Mr Yang moves to Korea to take charge of the Incheon-based company, which is South Korea's second largest steel manufacturer.
