Fast track courts

The Chief Justice of India has rightly suggested that a time limit be set for certain types of cases pending in the Courts for many years.

Another suggestion is to set up special remedy courts, fast track courts, lok adalats and the like for quick clearance of such cases.

This will reduce the workload of the judiciary and allow time for the remaining cases.
