Nagarjuna Agri Tech Ltd has informed the stock exchanges that a meeting of its board of directors would be held on March 8 to consider convening of extraordinary general meeting (EGM) for issue of 20-lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 10 per equity share and 20-lakh share warrants where each share warrant is convertible into one equity share of Rs 10 each at a conversion price of Rs 10 each on a preferential basis.
The board would also consider forfeiting 26,58,700 equity shares in respect of which allotment money of Rs 7.50 has not been paid after final reminder.
