New CMD of Bank of Maharashtra

Mangalore, March 24

The Government of India, in consultation with Reserve Bank of India, has appointed Mr M.D. Mallya as Chairman and Managing Director, Bank of Maharashtra, for a period of five years. A press release by Oriental Bank of Commerce (OBC) said here on Friday that Mr Mallya would assume office at the head office of Bank of Maharashtra in Pune on March 25.
