TVSE to acquire Sravanaa Properties

Chennai, March 27

TVS Electronics Ltd plans to acquire 100 per cent of the paid-up equity share capital amounting to Rs 5 lakh in Sravanaa Properties Private Ltd, which would consequently become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. Sravanaa Properties is engaged in the business of development of properties, according to a company communication to the stock exchanges. Company officials could not be reached for comments on the deal.
