India Semiconductor Association (ISA), the industry representative body, announced that Mr Rajendra Khare, Managing Director, Broadcom India, has been re-elected Chairperson of ISA in the organisation's Executive Council elections 2006. Mr S. Janakiraman, President & CEO, MindTree Consulting, was elected as Vice-Chairperson and Mr V. Veerappan, Co-Founder and Vice-President of Tessolve Services, would serve as treasurer. Other members of the newly elected executive council are: Dr Madhusudhan Atre, Agere Systems India; Mr Jaswinder Ahuja, Cadence Design Systems; Dr Satyanaraya Gupta, Open Silicon Research; Dr Anand Anandkumar, Magma Design Automation; Dr Biswadeep Mitra, Texas Instruments and Mr Shiva Gowni, Conexant India.
