eBay-Nasscom eCommerce Guide unveiled

eBay India and Nasscom unveiled eBay eCommerce Guide. The guide, which aims to spread awareness and educate Internet users on the various aspects of eCommerce, was launched by Mr Kiran Karnik, President of Nasscom and Mr Gautam Thakar, Country Manager, eBay India Marketplace. The guide spells out the basic business models in eCommerce, the benefits to users, profiles of sellers and buyers, as well as industry statistics. In addition, there are chapters on technology trends and resources, to assist consumers in understanding the newer developments in eCommerce. — Our Bureau
