Hyderabad , Nov. 2 IT services provider Satyam Computer Services Ltd, has been ranked as the world's leading engineering services outsourcing vendor by the Brown-Wilson Group (BWG). A BWG survey analysed 872 information technology and engineering outsourcing vendors in 63 countries and its results appeared in the company's "Black Book of Outsourcing," a highly respected publication. Satyam led in several categories, including vendor overall preference, flexible pricing and brand image. The Senior Vice President of Satyam Integrated Engineering Services, Mr TSK Murthy, in a statement said "Leveraging its capabilities in mechanical, electronics, and IT solutions, Satyam's IES business develops innovative and competitive products and services for global customers." The President of Brown-Wilson Group Inc, and co-author of The Black Book of Outsourcing (Wiley Publishers), Mr Douglas Brown, said "customers worldwide have honoured Satyam's engineering services organisation as the best of the best because it thrives on every engineering challenge, remains undaunted, and continues to compete in the outsourcing industry with amazing success."
